❓ FAQ — MultiPass Morzine
Is MultiPass valid year-round?
No. Summer MultiPass valid mid-June to mid-September only. A separate winter MultiPass exists (not covered in this article).
Can we get MultiPass for a weekend (2 days)?
Yes. Minimum duration: 2 consecutive days. If partner accommodation, free even for 2 days. If direct purchase, reduced rates (see rates table).
Do kids <5 years really need the pass?
Yes, even though it's free. Must collect pass for them at Tourist Office (for lifts, pools access). Without physical pass = entry refused.
What happens if I lose my MultiPass?
Replacement possible: Go to Tourist Office with ID. New pass issued for €10 (admin fee). Stay dates preserved.
Can we share a MultiPass between people?
No. Passes are personal. Possible checks at activity entrances (ID requested). Sharing = fraud = pass canceled.
Must we book all activities in advance?
No, only Aquariaz and tennis. For everything else (lifts, pools, luge, mini-golf, museums), just show up with your pass.
Does MultiPass work in Châtel, Abondance too?
Yes. MultiPass valid in all French Portes du Soleil resorts: Morzine, Les Gets, Châtel, Abondance, Montriond, Saint-Jean-d'Aulps, La Chapelle d'Abondance. Included activities: lifts, pools, museums of each resort.
Is there an age limit for senior rate?
65 years and over. Proof of age required (ID) upon collection. Senior rate if partner accommodation: free. If direct purchase: reduced vs adult.
Does MultiPass include courses (MTB, climbing, etc.)?
No. MultiPass gives access to facilities (lifts, pools, mini-golf), but NOT to paid courses/programs (MTB school, guided climbing, supervised via ferrata). These activities remain extra cost.
